Custom tumblers may be my design or a request design that I may purchase from someone else. Please know that designing custom items, takes time. My TAT is 1-2 Weeks but you may receive your item sooner. You will always get to proof the design before I make the final item. Please know there will be NO refunds on Custom items unless it is a mess up on my side!!
